Who We Are
AMD law is a boutique law firm serving Prince George's, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, and Baltimore Counties, and Baltimore City, Maryland. We help individuals create and preserve wealth by employing the appropriate Estate Planning, Business Planning, and Asset Protection tools. I have over 30 years of experience advising and counseling individuals, couples, families, and small businesses. What I've learned in these thirty-plus years is that everyone is unique and every family and business has its out dynamics. Because you are unique, so is the approach to resolving your legal problem. Whatever your challenge, we will work with you to design the best plan to ensure that your issues and concerns are fully addressed. What We Do
At AMD Law we help individuals and couples organize their affairs into one cohesive plan of action so that they can efficiently administer their personal and business affairs both during and after life. In other words:
we educate and counsel individuals and couples about estate planning considerations and the tools available for planning;
design and draft estate plans for individuals and families;
counsel and advise small business owners on the selection of their business entity and the considerations involved in selecting the right entity;
draft articles or organization, articles of incorporation, by-laws, operating agreements, and minutes;
draft buy-sell agreements; and
counsel individuals and couples on asset protection options, designs, and strategies.
How We Do What We Do
At AMD Law we believe that an educated client is our best client. Therefore our goal is to teach our clients why it is necessary to plan, raise issues clients may not have considered, and guide clients to the most strategic plan for their situation. We do not provide cookie-cutter services and we are not document drafters. There are no standard estate plans; there are no standard business plans. We listen to the clients' concerns, prioritize and organize the matters most important to the client and together agree on a plan.
